Overview
An
Executive Product Manager for BBC Future Media & Technology,
Ian has significant experience of using new technology to forge
a closer relationship between content producers and local communities.
In 2002 he was recognised as a "Hotshot"
by Broadcast magazine and has played a crucial role in developing
new services including the introduction of regional programming
to digital satellite, podcasting and the new iPlayer catch up
television service.
Ian
is passionate about music and has served as Chairman of The New
Streetly Youth Orchestra since 1999.
